I have a full premium subscription with haptic toys. eveything work well since a long time. Today i cannot connect the haptic with my keon. the icon is not there. in the options a cannot scan the bluetooth for connecting. there is a red dot. a message that tell me to upgrade to premium to have acces to haptic fonction. This is very weird. in the broswer i can download haptic script. This prove that my subscription is a premium with haptics. anybody know what is going on?

is the problem seem to be in relation with the quest3 new firmware?
Not too sure, but the fix worked for me. Just make sure to update so that it pulls the version and installs it after doing the above steps.

What's up with DeoVR not recognizing that I've bought tons of scripts from you.
If you aren't currently subbed, deovr doesn't recognize that you have bought scripts and are supposed to have access to the player.
That wasn't the deal, so I know something is bugged.
In fact, in deovr app it only shows ONE video and no purchased scripts, and that's just silly.
I have dozens of scripts, and should have access to the player, sub or not. Yes, I am logged in.
What gives guys?
Edit: Checking your site from my PC shows plenty of green scripts that I've bought.
They have price tags in the app.
Hi, my Deo is on version 14 and it says i need premium to use Handy/haptic..
The new layout is horrible. The device tab is gone, it's not even there anymore. There is no login option on the haptic app on my mobile phone at all. I tried to log on the mobile to sexlikereal.com. I found that the layout has changed completely, it now shows that the max concurrent connection is two. I disable everything except current session on the mobile, still NOT SEE any device tab, and when I go to "connect sex toy", it shows "connect to handy" ONLY, with no option to connect to haptic or keon, please fix the problem, and show me step by step how to do it.
Update. I managed to click connect to haptic button, and was login on the haptic app successfully. But it is showing the player jot found in app error although I am login on both the mobile phone as well as fhe deovr app.
My setting: using virtual desktop on meta quest pro, and is using the deovr app on steam vr.
You might have to set maximum 3 devices connection for it work may be. Computer, the quest pro and rhe mobile phone.
Please do that and try whether thst fit the problem.

hwong050 You can connect the toy directly in the DeoVR app, so you don't need Haptics Connect.
Can you please specify why you haven't installed the app version from the Meta Store?
