  • Changing default directory for screenshots?

Is there any way to change the default directory for taking screenshots?
Right now it defaults to onedrive when screenshots are taken which then automatically uploads to the cloud.
Doesn't really seem all that private tbh.

    Unfortunately it didn't work.
It moved the screenshot directory for when I use Winkey + prtscn, but when I take a screenshot using the SLR app it still puts it in a screenshot folder in my onedrive directory on my C drive. ...and if it isn't there, it creates one.

So it's looking like it may be an app issue?

faptastic You were using SteamVR right?
What if you change the screenshot folder in Steam?
      Steam > Settings > In-Game > Screenshot Folder

Rakly3 No I wasn't logged in through Steam, just Oculus Rift. I will check the steam settings though to see if it has any effect.

Rakly3 Steam screenshots weren't being directed to the OneDrive folder, so it has to be something else.

Rakly3 I'm thinking it's just a Rift limitation. It seems that is the default location for Rift and Onedrive just automatically uploads anything in the pictures folder. I haven't found a way to change folder locations but I may have a way to hide the folder from Onedrive.

Sound broken for local files in latest update

Does anyone know where screenshots save to on Oculus Go? Can't find that info?

Should be in the " Pictures\Screenshots\ "folder

If you are trying to view it from your PC, I know that there are some bugs where someone cannot see the images on that folder until they disconnect and reconnect the PC connection cable
