Currently, it's just that basic. We still have a long run (hopefully, not too long) until we have more accurate, more realistic and most importantly long and variant films like real life action films for example.

Yeah Wan 2.1 is definitely impressive but I got to say it's also very misleading if you don't know what your looking at. It's basically a finetune on something very specific and one of the best results of that finetune too. Very far from hey generate me some porn based on this image with a prompt.

Still that this is at all possible is very cool of course. Yeah, but it worries me because if AI-generated content looks too realistic, what's to stop some "religious leader" from deciding that, to "protect" women from the porn industry, real porn filming should be banned altogether—especially if hyper-realistic AI can produce similar content without involving actual people.

Well at least the potential, the biggest downside currently of course being that those clips are only a few seconds long and as I understand it's currently hard to make them longer. But hopefully we'll see that in the not too distant future, then things will get really interesting, especially when one of those sites start to focus on VR !
