Freddie Hello. Yes I use both and in none of them the AI generated script reads. always appears the messagem trying to send the script and nothing happens. On scripts from regular videos works.

            .ts file is a bit different animal - quality is pretty low for VR headset. If you know exactly which .ts file is your point of interest - just convert it into MP4 with h.264 video codec. Sounds complicated, but you can try different video convertors software. If the term "command line" doesn't scare you, try following:

            1. Download and install ffmpeg: https://ffmpeg.org/download.html
            2. Open command line in the directory where your .ts file is located
            3. Run ffmpeg -i video.ts -acodec copy -vcodec libx264 video.mp4 command where "video.ts" is the name of your .ts file
            4. Upload "video.mp4" to SLR drive

            Hopefully, it will work for you.

              Freddie I don’t know off hand but they’re like 6 year old videos from BaDoink. It doesn’t make sense to not support? It worked perfectly! Videos like this are 90% of my library I would want to get AI PT

                    Try out avidemux, it is a free and easy to use video editor. I use it to crop and merge videos to save hard drive space, but you can also convert videos to other formats.

                        Regarding ".ts" files. Some formats require additional computing power to prepare it for AI processing. And any format - more testing and support efforts. More computing/efforts - higher cost. Higher cost - hard to propose affordable price.

                        We are going to extend the list of supported formats. Can't promise "ts" - but we will consider this format as well.

                            What is a ts file?

                            Really disappointing, I just have two MP4 videos I’ve tried. One is even 5k! They were great. How to tell the resolution? Files have this:

                            7k_180_180x180_3dh
                            5k_180_180x180_3dh

                            Any plans to have support for this (like before) maybe for extra $?

                            Bizarre that PornoDanVR gets AI PT with awful everything but in SLR drive, can no longer get AI PT for an old, good quality 5K clip.

                                Metamucil what format would I need for drive? They said it’s the resolution not the format, even for a 5k video.

                                    Sorry for confusion with ".ts"-files - topic about this format was raised by another user. To make it clear:

                                    1. For upload, we are supporting MP4 files with video codecs H.264/H.265/av1. This is mentioned on upload page. No limitation on resolutions.
                                    2. For AI features - at the moment, we are not supporting resolutions higher than 4096x4096 for h.264. Hover over "Limitation" to find more details. Your files has higher resolution.

                                    Please, don't forget - SLR drive is on early access yet. Purchases of AI tokens are not available but coming very soon. We will continuously improve SLR drive infrastructure to support more formats and higher resolutions. We'll keep you informed.

                                        Regarding the 2nd point. I somehow have some videos from another studio, one is old and the other one is new.

                                        So the old one (4320 x 2160) when I upload it, I couldnt request AI PT for it, however for the new one (6144 x 3072), there were no issues at all. Why is that?! Both are H.264.

                                              I have the same problems as others with the generated AI script, Heatmap is there, Handy is connected (and works on others video's) but nothing is happening on the handy. Also toggling the Haptic button does nothing. My Handy is connected through Wifi with my Quest 3 on latest firmware with als DeoVr on latest version.

                                              Does this limitation apply to all codecs now? Earlier I understood this was only for h.264. And why the strange square format?

                                                  I can verify that keon and autoblow do not work with drive like they do on the regular site. hope it gets fixed soon.

                                                  Yes, sorry for not being exact about h.264. The limitations are dictated by technical reasons. Our AI infrastructure can't process h.264 stream with width or height which is bigger than 4096.

                                                  We are bit confused with your report. The check for h.264 limitation was present a very long time. But, probably we didn't display the error in UI after failed AI processing. Are you sure that uploaded exactly the same files and noticed working PT mode?

                                                      Freddie Assuming that SLR Drive will accept those h.264 videos above 4K after conversion to h.265: Would it be possible to provide some instructions for dummies how to convert them? A while ago I gave it a few tries with Handbrake but all my results had messed up aspect ratios and I couldn't figure out what went wrong.
