Any way to pay using PayPal balance?

I have a PayPal balance, which I used to use to pay for premium. Returning to the site now after a year, that no longer works. Is there a way to acquire premium using PayPal balance? None of the Visa direct methods work with my linked card. I'm willing to use crypto if PayPal's crypto purchasing would be accepted by SLR, but I have no experience with that and just want to be sure. Has anyone here used crypto bought THROUGH PayPal to buy Premium?

Crypto doesn't work, PayPal or CoinGate rejects it as "not enough to send", there must be an unlisted minimum for transfer that is greater than $35, even though there is more BTC available than being requested. Ah well. Leaving this for posterity I guess in case anyone else tries to waste a few hours of their life trying to just get a monthly subscription through PayPal.
