fuccaneer There is no investment needed on their side. Studios put their content here to a) make some extra income and b) hope people will like it enough to want the latest content and buy direct. It should be a win-win, as it is with the countless other big VOD (non-VR) sites who take a percentage of the sales.

SLR refused to engage even in discussions on this - even when offered to meet with them at AVN last month to see if we can work out a favorable discussion. I've been in business successful doing content for 29 years, and in my view, it doens't matter if the amount of potential customers is smaller than other niches, if there is the opportunity to make some income, at a minimum investment and keep customers happy (and in your ecosystem so probably buying more) then you do it.

They don't see to want trans content here, it maybe because of the owners own tastes or culture, but we don't need to be here either for the little extra cream, if they're not going to work well with us.

GroobySteven Who was your SLR point of contact that you offered to speak with but they refused? I personally had some conversations with studios at our AVN booth.

Lmao it's actually tragic just awful this website has been run for like the last 10 years, i'm actually amazed they are still in business at this rate.
The fact that grooby, a studio who's only redeeming feature was their ability to secure great talent despite having the worst cameras in the business no longer wants anything to do with you is damning.

Oh well, at least you've still got all that arm pit sniffing originals content to go with this upcoming flat porn for a vr porn website 🤡

This is starting to sound like its just a pissing contest over renegotiation.

GroobySteven They don't see to want trans content here, it maybe because of the owners own tastes or culture,

It'd be nice if they just came out and said it instead of trying to milk money from people they look down on. The management definitely seems like the "what I like is good, everyone else is dumber than me" type.

Hairsational a full studio page that showcases each of our studios with links back to our sites. More transparent reporting. The ability to opt-out of sales thay they do. Links back to our websites (affiliate links). Proper branding.

To be frank, given there lack of enthusiasm it's unlikely we'll bring our content back unless big changes happened.

SteveSteve thanks - our members are very very happy with the models and all the other redeeming features we deliver on this and our other sites.

Adrianvr offered to meet them via email when we were asking for the content to be removed, and nobody reached back out to me. I'm probably one of the easiest people to find at these shows, and we had a big booth right in the center, so if they don't want to put that minimal effort in.

          bbrawl +1
I got my 1 year sub with the intention that I would be able to have use AI scripts for all trans content, as hardly any-one really scripts VR trans content.

@GroobySteven Just want to say that you're a legend!! Thanks for doing what you do.
What you say is very reasonable. I'll really miss your content here. The only thing preventing me from signing up directly is the higher cost, and the lack of funscripts.

swapsingh200 TBH I don't understand the scripts/funscripts part of it - if someone can point me to where I can read up on what people are looking for, and how we create them - we can look at putting someone on it.

Email is admin@grooby.com if anyone can reach out, would appreciate it.

That sounds like something they should be offering all studios as standard

Although I don't know what opting out of sales is referencing

If more studios would act similar by pulling content (form a union lol) it might force SLR to make some good changes that benefit studios and viewers

In the end if SLR can work together with studios and implement productive features then more studios will utilise the platform and everyone is a winner, time will tell..

jommy SLR and similar platforms doing viewshare do big discounted Xmas/Valentine/etc type sales with the claim that the extra members they bring in will compensate for the reduction on the viewshare costs. They really don't and only benefit the platforms, not the production companies. Partners (loose term of the word) should be able to opt out of this if they wish.

                  GroobySteven you right.
It's better they watch it on tubes and torrents for free.

You better join the party where people love you and appreciate
