Sorry, even though it might be technically better, I feel like the designers went through each and every part of the website and made it worse to use.
Like for example, why, when I want to download a video, do I have to go to the 3 dots in the top right, then click download, and then be presented with a list which includes things like trailers randomly in there.
That makes it harder for people to find, and its more clicks, and its not as organised. You made it worse, not better.
Also, 6 thumbnails width in the videos page is too many, I have a 1440p monitor and I don't want the whole width of it filled with videos, its not nice to read. This is basic UX deisgn. Its like this forum, posts take up about a third of the monitor width for me, which is good, if it took up the whole width of the monitor it would be very unfomfortable and tiring to use.
Your old website had a better UX, this new one is pretty bad by comparison. UX is king, making things prettier or more technically advanced means nothing if the experience is bad.
