There are so many companies throwing piles of cash and talented people at Artificial Intelligence right now.

There are many ethical questions being discussed, and taking a lax attitude towards ethics would risk a political backlash => more restrictive rules around that industry, fines, lawsuits, etc. That's too big a risk to take, hence companies are very cautious with their models and implement quite restrictive terms & conditions.
You can already play with genAI for text-to-image with services like createporn.com. Even though some results can be quite amazing, most of them are glitchy or do not stick to the script.
There is still a long road until noob-friendly NSFW text-to-video is available.
For info, there are many creators like 21st Century Mouse, with a very similar look and feel. First, they create reference images with custom workflows in ComfyUI, then they run another model to animate images, which produces 5 second video clips. Many of those models are not trained on NSFW data, hence they struggle with understanding what movement a "blowjob" is, when they don't censor your account just for asking.
