SLRTroller There is actually already a few commercial deepfake VR porn scenes that are very decent quality (can't remember the studio name). Bet it took a lot of time to render though. Also the actresses still needs to look very similar for it too work but it's getting there. Definitely a lot easier then generating from scratch though.

So tried out The new Hunyuan model and it's surprisingly uncensored (nudity, naked breasts, pussy is blurred though and not full on porn of course). Fun to mess around with really. letsgogo 3D deepfakes are already a thing. There’s this app called XXXDimension, and in their SFW section, they’ve got a volumetric deepfake of Tom. You can use XR to place him in your room and walk around him while he dances—it’s full 3D, not just stereoscopic. SFW content and App is free to try out and running on Quest headsets.

If you know where to look on the internet there are places where you can find AI VR deepfakes of most celebrities and some social media stars. Combine that with drives passthrough and it’s pretty surreal
