I got a notice of unusual activity on my account after fudging my password a few times and now I'm locked out of my account.  I tried to do a password reset as per the instructions but I never received an email to do the reset.  Confirmed nothing has come through my spam either.
I opened a support ticket a week ago, got the initial email from zendesk saying you'd reach out in 48 hours, but have heard nothing back.  Can I get some help with this?
