Issue description:
Hello,

I have a problem, my subscription has expired, but I decided to buy one video, because I wanted to download it in maximum quality. After I purchased the video option to download appeared in menu with all variants of the video including HBR [69GB] in the new version of the site new.sexlikereal.com, but when I try to click on any of the options, I get this message: Something went wrong, please try again later, also there is "500 Internal Server Error" (which appears in the network option in the developer settings of the site)

I will add that in the normal version of the site, downloading works fine, however I can only download the regular version of the video [12GB] there is no option to download HBR [69GB] file.

Streaming works in both versions of the website.

does anyone have an explanation for why this is happening?

Does the lack of subscription cause this problem? or do I have to wait for someone from the site support to approve my purchase and share the video?

On DeoVR, the ability to filter your Favorites seems to have gone away. Not sure when this changed, but not long ago we could filter and search within our favorites folder by Studio, Tag, or actress. I first noticed this last weekend that we can't anymore. Please bring this back, and also adding similar filtering ability within our custom made playlists is a feature long overdue.

Is it possible to use the Handy with the Playa app? I have a Handy and i use an Oculus Quest 3. Please advise.

AlexSLR No issues with DeoVR. I want to use my Handy while watching VR Banger videos in the Playa App. I hope this makes sense. I can see VR Banger videos with DeoVR.

Having an issue trying to download a script. The captcha comes up and I verify then it just does nothing. The captcha has completely broken the ability to download scripts.

Edit: Looks like I can't even log in right now because of the captcha. It keeps verifying and then doing nothing. I hit log in with the correct credentials and it just reloads the page.

Hello!

Meta Q 3, DEOvr app 14.8.3163, wifi connection.

For 2-3 months now, the deovr feels like it has a memory leak. Everything functions as expected for a bit then eventually, a video will crash and when it tries to auto reload, it states it is not a compatible video format. If I back out of that video, I am able to navigate the catalog just fine. If I try to load another video, it refuses to start playing most of the time. If it does work and you try to skip ahead, it crashes and gives that “not compatible” msg again.

If I quit the app and go back in, same thing. The only solution I have found so far is having the reboot the Q3 which feels like it can finally flush out the memory and it works again as expected.

Thoughts? Or any tips to get rid of that issue would be great. Tyvm. (This is my only ticket) haha.

P.S. one more thing I just remembered, once this happens, I can’t even play any of the videos I have downloaded to the local memory of the Q3.

AshSLR sorry for the late reply to my assumed memory leak issue with Q3+deovr. I got around to trying the Q3 browser and for some reason the browser is really bad for me. It is just stuttering and freezing. I even tried a flat video thinking maybe too much bandwidth with a VR video, nothing changed. Any other ideas?
