Since the website update I cannot log in. Constantly says my information is incorrect however I can log in to my DEO with no problem and I logged into this forum with no problem and it’s the same username and password. HELP

Similar to several others, I cannot login to the website since the update. It says my password is incorrect, when I know for a fact that it is not. If I reset the password it works, but only once, the next day it doesn't work. You've broken something serious. Submitted a ticket via the form marked out for by Anarchy08016. Which I had been unable to find, outside of that link fwiw. Will try the "old.sexlikereal.com" to see if it works better there.

I encounter the same issue with password incorrect. I close the browser (tab), reopen SLR and able to login.

I’ve noticed many issues recently with no input from the team regarding solutions. I’ve been talking to support and have not received any useful information.

Biggest problem is broken passthrough. Certain videos have been broken for WEEKS now and all I keep hearing is “we’re working on it” but not telling us what the problem was and why it’s taking so long to fix. I’m starting to think you’re either not working on it or that it’s not a fixable issue. I PURCHASED THESE VIDEOS BECAUSE OF PASSTHROUGH, and I can’t watch them now despite paying good money for them… and because you’re not telling us what’s going on there’s no end in sight.
Videos disappearing from my purchases without my money being refunded.
SLR originals being released without working trailers (says “coming soon” even after video has been released). This is problematic for people like me who use the website on a pay per video basis rather than subscription, since I can’t tell which videos are worth purchasing.
Clearly the priority was making the website look prettier without making it more functional… and important things are falling through the cracks. If you don’t fix these issues soon or at least tell us what’s going on I will begin blasting Reddit with negative reviews telling everyone to stay far away from sexlikereal.

The two newest SLRO videos still don’t have trailers even though they’ve already been released. There are other videos with this issue too but these are most recent.

Right now repeated temporary outages. No content showing in DeoVR, Hub, and website during this time. DeoVR reports error 503. Login not working.

I'm constantly being signed out on DeoVR today, not sure if it's a site issue or an app issue. One time I literally was signed out as soon as I finished typing the code to sign in.

I'm not saying this has happened to you - but we are only allowed 2 concurrent sign ins and if someone has you login details and they sign in this could make your current login redundant and sign you out.

Maybe look in to changing your password just to be on the safe side.

Also the developers are possibly working on the website and may need to log us out to make an update live.

Also if you go to your account and look at settings - you can see you current logins that are live.

These are just guesses 🙂
