  • Do people see videos differently or are they blind?

Sometimes I am confused why people do not see different things. For example LethalHardcoreVr has way too much videos which feel weird. Like crosseyed. In DeoVR the solution is to adjust the vertical offset to value-1.4. When I mention this in some video comment nobody notices it? Are they blind or what...

Do you notice something different in these examples? If there is someone expert in this VR filmin, is this "flaw" from bad filming (camera tilted sideways just a little bit) or is it from post production?

I am also so confused why there is no comments about StacyQ videos, which have had smudge in the left lens since one year ago at least. Can you spot it for example in this video without reading hints from video comments?

    It is fixed in post production by creating a mask for each eye and tweening the Xaxis by (x) points in the negative direction for left eye and positive direction for right eye.

    As far as I know I am the only one who has successfully pulled this off in a video - I.E., showing far back into upclose with no cross eye. Granted my videos thus far are PMVs, but I will be creating my own exclusive content on the SLR platform soon.

    It is not hard to do once you know how to do it, but not inherently obvious either.

      Picouser I’m guessing people do notice, and the studio would be watched more if it improves. You’re right LHVR quality is way below the top studios. Their models and action are great though.

          I doubt this. If they notice it, why no comments about it for future improvements? It is hard to improve if you don't see your mistakes. I think that is one of the reasons why comment section exist.

          There was one RealHotVR video with similar flaw. I said you have to adjust vertical offset to value -2.0 to be watchable. Even the RealHotVR stuff answered they don't see anything wrong 🙂

              StasyQ is my favorite, and the left lens smudge is starting to be infuriating!!!

              I don't think i've ever clicked on a video here and noticed any problems beyond scale or resolution. To be honest i'm really happy to be blind because i would much rather live in ignorance and enjoy my virtual harem than spend my time looking for and critiqueing problems.

              I'm glad some of you are out there though, i'm sure your comments help them improve their future videos and keep the quality high.

                Picouser if I regularly see defects (spots, not good alignments) but actually I don't make comments, I prefer then to choose the good videos; of course fortunately there are people like you who leave comments so that the studios improve,

                        I got banned from commenting on videos because the power-hungry mods don’t like us being meanies to studios with blind clowns like perVRt (but are OK with them blasting their customers for criticizing their inability to properly aim a rectangle)

                          that is to say that nobody likes to be attacked and if we want the studios not to throw away criticisms that could be useful, it is better to put some form to our criticisms;

                          Vrsumo2017 Those videos don't have proper timestamp so it is hard to give exact time. I checked old StacyQ videos and this smudge is more than year old. You can see it in videos where it says 2 years old.

                          Before that you could notice it in right lens for a short time. Even I didn't notice this before checking properly. Sometimes it is really hard to sport because of poor lighting, shaky camera or blurry image. Anyhow there are at least more than 100 videos affected. Is that really proper quality control?

                              Damn bro SmudgeVR some people wanna be smudge! Put a hottie in a room getting dirty in a pool of something and I guess they use a glass in front of vr lense and smudge it on the glass, but you know ...it's suppose to be your face they smudge on, be a cool channel, hotties getting dirty. Maybe fuck too. Who knows 🤷‍♂️

                                      There has been 1 month since I started this thread. Still LethalHardcoreVr has produced "out of focus and wrong vertical offset" videos. This might be their 18th piece of ruined video. So sad and frustrating.                                       Among other studios I have to point out EmilyBloom. I was fan of Emily. Window dressing was probably my first real VR video I saw back then. Loft, Strip tease and Mirror Mirror from the same studio are my favourites. Quess what, those are almost 5 years ago. Tech has improved and camera resolution is better but EmilyBloom quality has decreased.

                                      Film is grainy and overexposed. Maybe it is supposed to be art, but I think it is waste of talent, money and time. How can you even produce this bad video with 8k resolution and beautiful Emily? No wonder almost every video has only about 400 likes. They all repeat same mistakes. Not sharp enough, not enough light, model is too far away etc. If you check the most liked ones it should be obvious what to do.

                                      You could be a little less of an ass when leaving comments, it's gotta be quite disheartening as a content maker reading such low effort flaming after spending who knows how many hours making it

                                      But to add to the conversation, putalocuravr commonly has incorrect offesets on their videos (I use Pico 4) and no one else seems to notice either..
