How to access favorited playlists and interactive videos in DEOVR?

OK, so on the actual website, my library > my collection > videos ...up top you will see some categories the Playlist you save is there. Thats where I found mine that i saved from other users.

But let me try to find it in deovr in the headset.

I tried searching for "Playlist" too but it don't pull up anything, if I search on the actual website "Playlist" It gives me Playlist to view.

I'll try one more method if I find something I'll post it. But same here bro I didn't find it.

Got it bro!

So make sure hit copy, and then I guess rename it, that's what I did, but hit copy then save and it'll be in the your favorites to the left in deovr on slr.

I got it to work bro, Playlist was there 👍

Vrsumo2017 Yeah, that is what I have been doing. 2 problems though. 1, if the original creator of the playlist adds more videos to the playlist, you won't get them in your copied playlist. You will just have the same videos that were there when you made the copy.

The 2nd problem is, where do you find the favorited interactive/BYOJ videos? Again, you can make a copy and find them in the Playlist section, but if it gets updated by the creator of the interactive/BYOJ, you only have the way it was when you made the copy.

I think maybe that's how the liking the heart works, if you "like" a studio you get notified about uploads, you can save the Playlist, but maybe you'll be notified when a new video has been added and then u can decide to add it to your copied Playlist.

I had copied a couple of playlists quite a while ago (one of them was your PT playlist) but never got any notifications about added videos.

I brought this up QUITE some time ago. I love to wander through videos using Playlists of others with similar tastes. I'm surprised they haven't done anything with this.

Here is a small update: currently, when you copy a playlist or interactive video on the SLR website, it creates a duplicate rather than a reference, meaning that the copy will not automatically update when the original creator adds new content. This is expected behavior.

However, we understand how automatic updates and notifications for playlist changes would improve the experience, and we can review this as a potential feature request for future updates.

But now it is even worse. DeoVR obviously does not provide the ability to scroll through playlists. So I used to use the web browser for this feature. But now I can't even do that, as I am forced into the new Hub. So I no longer have ANY ability to use playlists appropriately on my Quest.

Yeah you do, sum ability...but you won't get any updates if new videos are added to the Playlist, I copied some Playlist and now they're in my list to view in deovr. But I won't get any new videos added or notifications if playlist creator adds any new videos to their list. But am I a individual that needs that? Not really but would be cool to have it as an option, but saving and copy Playlist is great too because what if the creator deletes there account, their Playlist will be deleted?

I'm just saying there is sum ability to view playlist in deovr. Copy and saved for now. 🥂👍
