Search function on desktop browsers - broken

The search bar won't work with either MozFF or Edge. Returns results of:

Something went wrong
500 Internal Application Error

Unless I specifically write out someone's name will it not give results. ie. "Alexa" will give me the 500 error. "Alexa Flexy" will return her entire catalogue/profile.

The search bar, when clicked on, expands and correctly shows my history.

Joeyjojoshabbadu We are unable to reproduce this issue. Can you give us more information please. Device you are using, browser version, anything else to note about your use-case. I would also suggest you look into your browser extensions, there is a good chance one of them is causing this issue. Try deleting cookies, cache, changing/turning off VPN if using. Even though unlikely it can sometimes also cause certain issues, even though 500 suggests server issue. Does it work perfectly for you in other browsers? Maybe it was also some temporary issue.

adinihsan Similar as above. Unable to reproduce, we will need more information. Device, browser version, what exactly is not working for you. Please also look at your browser extensions, some ad blockers or other extensions can cause issues.

Teali its the stock mobile Opera (5.1.0). On an Iphone 11 (IOS 17.6.1)

The site loads for half a second and then turns completely white, unable to interact

Logged out of site on both, cleared caches and cookies for both browsers. Logged back in and no success on either. No VPN

Meta Quest 2 - DeoVR - No search recommendations pop up when using the search bar in the app, eg type in "Alexa" and nothing shows up. However, when clicking enter it does populate the search with all the results of "Alexa."

Edit: just tried out private browsing on FF. Search works perfectly there with prompts/suggestions loading and all. Switched back to normal browsing, logged out and browsed site: search works normal as well. Logged back in and search function failed. So it looks like its somehow account related?

adinihsan Thank you, I see the issue. If you turn off adblock in opera settings and refresh the page it will work. You can also exclude only sexlikereal.com from adblock. Not sure how much we can do here but I will pass this on. It's challenging to support all possible browser/adblock combinations. For now please try it with adblock turned off. Hopefully this works for you.

adinihsan i don't think we can support every minor browser out there. You better use chrome or safari

Joeyjojoshabbadu Thanks for the info. We checked and cannot reproduce your issues with search. In all our tests with browsers and devices you mentioned search worked as expected. Due to this and lack of other reports we don't currently believe there is something wrong with search. Based on your description it sounds more like a local issue. I suggest you use incognito if it works for you or any other browser. If you can still reproduce this a video of the problem with network tab and console tab of developer tools open would maybe give us more insight into your issues.
