As far as I know, there are no current issues with payments. We haven’t received any widespread reports about the problem.
If your card continues to be declined, I recommend reaching out to your payment provider or bank to resolve any issues on their side. We do not participate in the payment processing and do not store users’ payment information. PSP (Payment Service Providers) only inform us about the success or failure of a payment.
