desivr I was trying to top up my account. However Epoch kept trying to use my old card for payment. I tried a few times to pay and I think that was somehow considered suspicious activity by SLR and now my account is disabled. I sent a message to SLR support over the weekend with the email address I use for SLR login. So far I have not heard back apart from the automated message. Now I am getting a bit worried that I will loose all the videos I have purchased so far from SLR. I would be grateful if you could please resolve this soon.
