Lifetime Membership: Download limits and other differences?

My annual renewal is coming up and I'm considering moving to lifetime. What are the differences between Annual and Lifetime?

I've seen a few threads here dated last year regarding "upcoming" changes to the download limits - have they been implemented yet? What ARE the download limits for Lifetime vs Annual?

I've been lifetime for a while, so I don't remember what it is for Annual....but for lifetime it is 30 downloads every 6 or 7 days I believe.

Possible changes to this that have been discussed by SLR would be to increase the amount of allowable downloads beyond this 30 when you stream videos as well
