I use SLR + Haptic Connect App on my smartphone (Android) and since a few weeks the viewing of videos + scripts no longer works properly.

SLR is connected to Haptics App and Keon is connected to Haptics App via Bluetooht. Everything is ok so far, but it seems that 90% of the scripts are not played back. When starting the video, Scripts is automatically in "off" mode. If I now select one of the available scripts, "Bluetooth not avaible" is displayed in the video.
However, the Keon is shown as active on the connected devices in the app.

I have already reinstalled the Haptics app several times and the authorization settings are also ok.

Does anyone know a solution or have similar problems?

    Hi there,

Could you please help us identify the problem and provide the following information:

How are you connecting to SLR? Web, WebXR, or DeoVR? If it’s the app, which version are you using?
Could you provide examples of videos where the scripts did not work?

I'll be on the lookout for your reply!

I use mobile method. I connect my keon with Haptics Connect App and watch SLR Videos through Haptics Connect App on Smartphone. 5Ghz Wifi and Bluetooth active and SLR Account is connected with Haptics App.

Ruffy Just to double check - you are watching SLR scripted content streamed directly in the 'Browser' tab inside Haptics connect app, in smartphone POV mode, is that correct?

When you say 90% of scripts aren't played back, which 10% scripts work?

The Keon does the physical 'hello strokes' and shows the toy connected in haptics connect app?

Keon light displays a solid blue color?

Can you confirm 100% that bluetooth permissions are allowed for haptics connect app in your phone permission settings ?

Found this thread and I am having the same problem. I have a lovense and am using the android app. My VR is not usable right now so just trying to watch directly from the app web browser which I have done before. I get the hello strokes and can control the settings of the toy through the app.

When I start a video the script does not automatically start like it use to. When I select the script I get the same bluetooth no available just like above. even though my toy is still connected and working. I didn't try every script I own but did try 5-6 and none of them worked. As mentioned I have used the in app browser before and all the scripts I tested I know have worked in the past. I checked for app updates and it says there were no updates.

VR4596 Try using Google Chrome browser on your device to connect and play scripts if you are trying to use your supported Lovense toy on your android

Using chrome did not work either. It still pops up with the same message.

To see if it was an isolated issue i tested this on both my phone and tablet (both samsung/android) with both apps up to date. I tried the in app browser for both (which I have done on both devices before) and tried your suggestion of using chrome on both. Neither worked. I also noticed that my tablet doesn't have the "player" tab in the app. Not sure if that has always been the case since only use my phone when connecting with VR so never needed that option on tablet.

I have a Max 2. This is the same toy, tablet, and phone I have been using for months. I haven't changed any hardware and it has worked just fine until a few weeks ago when I started getting the error mentioned above. Seeing how it was working just fine for a long time and I haven't changed anything on my end I have to assume some update broke this feature. Whether that is an update for the app or an update for my devices I am not sure.

I will also mention that I was able to clear out a little bit of my VR space and I tried using a script with VR. It worked just fine, I tried a few different videos with scripts and they all played with no issues. So it would seem the only problem is when trying to play a script using a mobile device.
