  • Anyone excited or have opions of the upcoming Quest 3S ?

But the team is definitely excited, that’s a fact 🙂 We see it as an affordable and good device. As a service, we depend on what they release and at what price, so it’s great to see headsets being made accessible to users.

Yes, with the 3S, they took a step back in favor of accessibility and lowering the price rather than focusing on innovation, so I understand your disappointment. But I’m sure we have plenty of great models ahead. As a child of the ’90s who remembers the Nokia 3210, I’m always in awe watching technology evolve.

              JangoSLR I think you should do it like phone companies and try offering a plan that includes a slightly sponsored Q3 or Q3S with device payments spread out over the entire term. I am seeing people whose Q1s don't work anymore being really reluctant investing into a new headset while no one ever complained about paying for a new iPhone every two years 🙂

                Thanks for making the improvements and the convoluted implications of these fantastic improvements, surely we need a captcha every 10 seconds to remind us of these improvements - 'Et Voila' , it's a mirracle 🙂

                  Alright, jokes aside. We hear you. There’s already a thread from DoubleVR about us looking for a new platform. Plus, the team is working on a solution for the CAPTCHA issue. Since this forum isn’t an in-house development, we’re somewhat limited in our capabilities.

                    For the price it looks great, I'll probably buy it just for the fuck of it, sum reviews who got to use it say it felt kinda cheap. But software works great!

                      Genuinely it looks amazing value for money and if it was my first headset, i personally would be tempted - at the end of the day if it works for you then that is a win, that's all that matters mate

                      Let me know how you get on if you end up getting it - Pros and cons etc

                        Definitely a good thing for the VR porn industry as people will now be able to experience PT for only $300. I'm sure this will reel in some new PT fans for life 🙂
