deovr is 13.18.1592 and quest 3 is on system version 50151600073800510

also alot of users are having server returned error 403 or handshake popups, so maybe its server side problem? and quest store installed the same exact 3.18.1592 when i tried it again

Based on this thread, you being stuck with 13.18 could mean that you are on beta release channel

hales In the Meta Horizon App, find DeoVR in your app library. Then find the version number, and from this you can choose the release channel.
SchnuppiLilac did that, still doesnt update it on quest 3 and stays on 13.18
welp, had to use sidequest to install it, now it works

SchnuppiLilac well, that doesn't matter really. You should not be able to join beta channel now. It is now private to avoid misunderstanding
