          I would say short staff. If you go to “new videos” look at the time delay in uploads. I can promise you this, this time delay is 100% because there are not enough moderators and / or the moderation process is not efficient or streamlined enough

            Just interviewed one today. Starting in a month.
            Checking video quality and pt ai. Scripts seem to be doing great.

            That said, I want to clear up a couple of things. The process you mentioned actually took 6 days, not 2 weeks. We work hard to review submissions fairly, though sometimes there are delays depending on the content load or if something needs a closer review.
            I also just want to note that it’s important not to draw conclusions about internal processes without knowing all the details. We have systems in place to ensure fairness, and our team works diligently behind the scenes.

              Vrsumo2017 Mate i like you cause your a little crazy like myself which is interesting and makes me listen to what you have to say, rather than the generic responses or the boring.

              However, i don't think your level headed enough to moderate users, unless i get a free pass (just kidding), who knows, let the lunatics take over the asylum, could be fun with all respect 🙂

              Edit: More important than anything - you have genuine passion for this format which is sometimes misconstrued to the naive or those who want to take offense.

                Unfortunately we always speaks our minds at some point and the generic, dullards don't like that.

                I'd love to do the same myself as i have plenty of time on my hands, but i'm too honest about the state of VR and that never works out.

                Most of my favourite scenes are from about 3 years ago - Now it's feels like conveyor belt VR porn for most studios, all the same postitions and angles with a single girl - Which can be great, but the girl has to be exceptional which is doubtful.

                Vrsumo2017 You should ask yourself: Would I enjoy this work without fap and haf? Because both out of the question during working hours 😃
