'Error playing video file,unsupported format'

'Error playing video file,unsupported format' when trying to play all downloaded VRhythm videos and StasyQ original videos.After a few tries,the DEOVR shuts down and I am back to Quest2 home page.All other downloaded vodeos from other studios and the non original StasyQ ones play normally.
I use Quest2,Deovr and Skybox and had no problem until now.

If I may...Got the same issue which first occured yesterday.

Version 13.12.4, Quest 1

Any chosen video will give a box showing "'Error playing video file X unsupported format".

Yet - if logged out of the account, all preview scenes of the videos play perfectly fine.

Also local media plays without any issues.
