"Unsupported Format" on all videos
mdsc123 You could try https://www.sexlikereal.com/hub in your Q1's browser.

Came here to express the same frustration. It sounds weird to me that I can't watch videos I paid for but when I log out, I can click the videos and see the previews. I hope this is addressed soon as I still have over 6 months of membership time left and I don't plan on paying more money to get a different headset.
It may also be a good idea to provide examples of scenes that work and scenes that do not work.
How to solve it? I can't watch all my videos now, and they all prompt that the format is not supported

iddqd Hi, is the team looking at fixing this? Otherwise, what options do premium members who are affected by this have? btw, none of the browser options seem to function properly. When I go into a browser in VR mode, SLR doesn't give the ability to search or select categories. When I try in web view, it will only display videos in 2d. When selecting the 3d option, it gives me a pop up that says I should use DeoVr for vr viewing.
Hi, I have the same problem as OP; I am using a quest 1 and can no longer watch any videos through deovr.
There can hardly be a bigger scam than a service working in preview mode, but not working when you pay. Hope you solve this problem soon because there will be a lot of lawsuits ahead of you.

same problem here, I can't update the app and I can't watch scenes I purchased scenes either... No offense but the "Quest 1 is too old" argument doesn't make any sense when you can still watch trailers and no full videos. Dropping DEOVR 13 support which is only 1 month old and forcing the 14.x version doesn't make much sense. And the bad and slow hub version isn't as good as the actual DEOVR 13 app.
You are killing a part of your userbase for something you can obviously fix since trailers DO work, specially since it was working perfectly fine less than 2 days ago.
Please fix it, thanks.
I experience the exact same thing on a Quest 2

It is important to note this is not SLRs fault. However, while it is not SLRs fault, one would still expect them to figure out a solution, which I am sure they are doing. They seem to have found one as Kieshi has noted,
SchnuppiLilac seems to have suggested another one.
I may have found another solution, but I do not have quest 1 or 2 so I can't really test it.

I am unsure what technology SLR has to vet this. But my recommendation, in the meantime, would be to allow customers who are affected by this to cancel their memberships and receive a refund. People like
TheArtofLurk2 are definitely in a bad spot because of this.

I agree that a lot of their user base is hurt by this. SLR is a business and business like money. Customers can't view = less money. It is based solely on this that I am more than confident that SLR will find a workable solution.

Your frustration is merited, but your comment about lawsuits is the most smooth brained shit I have heard on this forum in a long time. You can't afford to upgrade your quest but you can afford a lawyer to take down a corporation because you can't jack off to their porn? I honestly feel offended by how stupid that comment was.
pewpewpewx I was curious and got my Q2 out of storage. Didn't notice any streaming issues, neither with trailers nor signed in with full videos. Only problem I had was being constantly interrupted by an overheating warning.
xeddin1 a lot of their user base

I don't know whether these data are accurate or to what extent they apply to SLR, but I think they give an indication why the Q1 user base is not priority one.
Hi, thanks for your suggestion. I tried to use the WebXR hub through the meta browser but it appears to be missing some pretty fundamental features, such as a search bar or categories section. Additionally, certain content appears to be inaccessible (i.e. trans or gay content).
I accept that I am in a minority as a Quest 1 user and thus I'm probably a low priority, but do you have any notion of whether service will at all be restored to Quest 1 users? If there are no plans for future Quest 1 support I, reluctantly, will have to consider ending my subscription as I cannot justify forking out several hundred dollars on a new VR headset at the moment.
I am not quite sure why this isn't SLR's fault.
Video's which worked, on the same quest with the same DeoVR version, a couple of days ago won't work any longer. So something has to have changed on SLR's side which made it stop working?
Your backend changes appear to be intentionally destroying the User Experience for those on Quest 1 and lower. Why break something that was working fine on the older DeoVR version up until a week ago?
Backend Engineer to Backend Engineer: Surely there's a way to examine HTTP Request headers to see the client side is on an older version of DeoVR, and redirect the client to an alternative-format video that the older DeoVR that's loaded on the Quest1 and lower can use.
Forcing end-users to abandon their equipment and upgrade is a non-starter. I was using a Quest 1 specifically because this is the last and final valuable usage I have for keeping this headset around.
Please fix this.
