Just purchased one of these ai Ultras to try based on SLR recommendation I saw. I cannot get this to connect on DEOVR
in the SLR site. Just keeps telling me to enter activation key, which I have done, but it does nothing when I hit "connect".
It just stays with the activation box showing and goes no further. Yes I am entering the correct activation key. Ideas?

timrey When you enter the Autoblow key, make sure you Copy and Paste the key (rather than re-typing it out) to ensure the exact same key is entered and without any unnecessary spaces

Also make sure you exited and closed the Autoblow AI Ultra setup screen on your phone or browser (which you first need to do during initial toy setup) to ensure there is no active connection and so DeoVR is the only one looking to connect to it

Also Make sure that after Powering on your AutoBlow AI Ultra Toy, that you Press and Hold the 'Play' button on the toy for 3 seconds to activate wifi connection mode, and then try hitting 'Connect' inside DeoVR again to connect

The thing that comes to mind for me is mainly RealumberScripts third point. We often have people who tell us they cannot connect to our own web app but its only because they forgot that after they went through the initial process to tell the machine which wifi network to connect to and which password to use (using the pause button) they have to disconnect , and then press and hold the PLAY button for 3 seconds to then make the machine connect to that wifi network. Once it is connected to the wifi network, all the lights will be blue. Only then is it possible to connect using the SLR app.

Same issue here. Autoblow connected to the local wifi network (pressed play 3 seconds, blue light on, device tested and controlable via the autoblow website but not on (ie no active connection). nothing happens when pressing connect it doesnt seem to recognize the device token (red cross showing) ?

willaumeuh sounds like you may be still connected with your key elsewhere (autoblow website?)

Power off your toy/phone and close all your browsers and try again the same steps above

Nevermind it looks like I have dyslexia and couldnt enter the Key properly, I was one letter off.. RealcumberScripts I can confirm that is NOT the case. For avoidance of doubt I have cleared the cache and TURNED OFF my other devices (computer and phone). DeoVR 14.2.2350
