Hemicharger yes we are looking into getting support for the new Solace Pro in the near future (no precise timeline available though at this time)

Thanks very much Realcumber for the quick response!

I bought one recently with the incorrect assumption it was as compatible as the Max2 to traditional haptics. I had the first Solace and it was really intense (I could've sworn it was SLR compatible with VibeMate), but the Airport nearby called me and asked me to keep the noise down!

It didn't last very long either. Build quality at Lovense (and grammar quality also! 🤣) isn't great. I'm not sure what I was thinking. Should've got an Autoblow or waited to see what's next.

That all being said, the Pro is a bit better build wise, and seeing I have it, I'd like to be able to use it. Can't seem to go back to unscripted "Adult Fun Time when the Wife has A Headache" any more! 😆

So, I love your work, and thanks for making me an addict btw! 😁

Yeah, everything on this site is amazing. I would love to use my new solace pro with the scripts integrated with your VR app on Quest 3. Can't wait to hear when there is support for it.

Don’t have one yet, but also wanna push the priority up on getting support for it; my handy is on its way out and this looks like a great replacement. (I know auto blowAI is another option but it’s not my favorite choice, looks too bulky and awful to mount; where as with this it comes with the mount)

Dirtydingo Just FYI about the Solace and the Solace Pro. The build quality and software for them is nowhere near the quality of the Handy by a fair margin.

That being said, the Solace Pro is much better than the original Solace in almost every respect. My original Solace died within a month or so, and I wasn't able to go through the warranty replacement process due to life getting in the way.
I also couldn't use it much as it is incredibly loud. The Pro is much quieter, but takes some time getting used to it I found.

The Handy has amazing build quality, and is not battery powered but AC powered, which I think all of the devices should be. AC power (maybe with optional battery) makes the device much more powerful (and can maintain that power for as long as necessary), and removes the possibility of the battery dying at an inconvenient time (takes me forever, which is frustrating). My chief complaint of The Handy is it's a little unnatural and awkward to use, not very ergonomic and my main problem is getting the sleeves to stay in place. It can be frustrating and tricky.

Any of Kiiroo products also have great build quality and are fairly quiet. They have a price range that makes affordability easier. All are battery powered but are fairly powerful and last reasonably long on a charge. The selection of different types and styles of devices they offer is impressive.

    @SolaceProUser , @RealcumberScripts, @Dirtydingo and other Solace Pro users.

I was playing around with the latest update to DeoVR yesterday. It is considerably much improved when it comes to connecting any supported Haptic device. The Handy, for example now has 3 options to connect. Bluetooth, WiFi with keycode, and Haptics Connect.

Any Kiiroo device can now be connected in DeoVR without having to go through the whole process of using Chrome on a phone/tablet, then Haptics Connect. It is so much easier now!

And lastly, the Solace Pro. I tried connecting it using several device options in DeoVR, and found that it WILL connect via Bluetooth using the Lovense Max2 option. It's a little "choppy", but it follows the script pretty well. At least it's a stop-gap solution while a proper update for it is released.

I cant seem to get my solace pro working properly with script videos through deovr on the pc.
It outputs in speed mode instead of position mode, in a jittery mess, and there isnt a way to switch to position mode in deovr. I have the solace pro connected via bluetooth to my pc.

I've tried a number of different connection methods. I have the lovense usb dongle, and tried using the pc app, it works as the remote normally does on the phone app, but it doesnt seem to offer a way to connect to deovr. I tried the haptics connect app, but it doesnt support the solace pro, it sees it as a max 2, although retrying now its not even coming up. Lovense support suggested using the lovense remote app and enabling game mode, which reveals a way to connect to the app over ip adress, port and ssl port, but deovr doesn't have a way to connect to that.

Lovense support also flat out suggested asking here, so maybe someone has an idea.
Also lovense apparently doesn't have a forum.

      Lovense solace pro
      Lovense dongle
      Deovr through steam
      Valve index headset
      SLR premium and scripts subscription

I originally posted a new thread, but i deleted it just leave it as a reply here(i google searched this already but missed this short thread)

as I stated above it seems to just be working in speed mode instead of position mode, so if that can be switched, it would be fine.

cooperburkeq I cant seem to get my solace pro working properly with script videos through deovr on the pc.

I found this, maybe it's helpful

If you're having trouble with your Solace Pro working with scripted videos through DeoVR on PC, here are a few things to try:

        1. Firmware/Software Updates: Ensure your Solace Pro and DeoVR app are both updated to the latest versions.
        1. Correct File Formats: Make sure the scripted video files are in the correct format. DeoVR typically supports formats like MP4, MKV for video, and funscripts (.funscript) for haptic devices.
        1. Script Syncing: Double-check that the funscript file is placed in the same folder as the video file and has the same name (e.g., video.mp4 and video.funscript).
        1. DeoVR Settings: In DeoVR, go to settings and check that haptic devices are enabled. Look for any specific configuration for your Solace Pro.
        1. Haptic Connect: Ensure the Solace Pro is properly connected via Bluetooth or USB and is recognized by the haptic device manager in DeoVR.
        1. Troubleshooting Connections: If it's not working via Bluetooth, try using a USB connection, and vice versa. Also, check for any Bluetooth driver updates on your PC.

If none of these steps work, the issue could be specific to the device or app compatibility.

Hopefully you find something there that works.
