Only took a year (and also sending another ticket) for anyone to read this.
This is partly obsolete now as they say HapticsConnect is no longer supported AT ALL for scripts (it still does work for "Manual" when using DeoVR).
But the rest of it is now even more important as it feels terrible. Kind of like the difference between funscripts and being punched in the face.
So lifetime scripts memberships mean nothing for you and get you nothing unless you're lucky enough to have a toy that isn't affected by this problem.
Wonder if refunds are possible.
Hopefully they actually fix this (Did they make both hapticsconnect and deovr? If so they should be able to migrate the code, or at least reverse engineer it/...) but I was given the standard corporate spiel of can't guarantee anything, will take some time, ... so no idea if any engineer will ever even see it let alone try to fix it.
