I have noticed that a lot of VR studios can't seem to get the size of the actress right, they look small and this ruins the virtual reality.
I want the actress to normal size like she is actually there not like a Hobbit.
Its annoying when you see your favorite actress and the camera isn't right .
I have noticed a lot of Japanese, some European and even American can't get the camera right .
Why does this happen surely when they watch the final cut they must notice something isn't?
When the VR camera makes model look tiny
yes it's true I noticed this often and in particular some Japanese studios it's systematic; for example also tmw, central pov

You are used to viewing the world through eyes with your own specific interpupillary distance (IPD), whereas if you were to look through the eyes of a mouse the world would look massive. So if you think models often look too small, you may have a lower than average IPD. I'm the opposite - most of the time models look too big. It's impossible to make the image look perfect for every viewer with current tech, but you can adjust scaling to an extent in the player.
vrpicasso Sometimes I have to use the zoom button to increase size but it effects the 3d making it look flat and 2d if I use too much zoom .
sylvan Yes there a few Japanese studios and it's annoying because the models are stunning.
Redhulk50 I don't want to keep dropping the name of a third party player in these forums as it's not polite to SLR, but Heresphere has more advanced tools for refining scale / distance. It takes some work but a good percentage of poorly shot scenes can be fixed in that player.
until the next update on DeoVR you can play with Horizontal offset to adjust the size of the girls
Personally I reduce the IPD: the size of the characters increases at the expense of a tiny bit of sharpness
