Apple iOS users, Quest direct install users (even android users) - please try this new possible fix!
-Go into DeoVR/SLR player app -> Setting -> Develop Tab - Ensure the 'connect to haptics/slr interactive' button is set to OFF
-Sign in and follow steps to set everything up in haptics connect app and keep it running
-Now go back into deovr/slr player app to turn 'connect to haptics/slr interactive' button to ON
If you ever close DeoVR/SLR player app mid session, then you may likely need to repeat the steps above to reconnect proper again
You can try uninstalling all apps to start fresh again if its still not working, but hopefully this works for everyone"
