I'll use the SQVR 'Fishnet Goddess' video as an example, using Oculus Quest.
When downloading this file from SLR's site:
At first I thought the best would be the 4K link. But this gives me a file labeled 1920p (isn't 4k 2160?).
Then I scroll down and see there's a "Oculus Go / Quest" section. Downloading that one gives a file labeled as 'original'.
When downloading this file from stasyqvr's site:
There is a section for 'Oculus Go'.
In that section, downloading the '2160' link gives a file labeled as 'original_140'. Downloading the '2400' link gives a file with the same name. Hovering over the links, the '2160' version is labeled as 'GearVR', and the '2400' link is labeled as 'Go'.
I'm assuming that the 2700p links (5k?) are too much for the Quest, thus not focusing the discussion on those.
I appreciate the multiple links and options, and even the clear labeling on them for specific hardware, but somehow I've still managed to come up with a few questions despite all of that. Thanks for the clarification if possible.
