In the process of getting my business number and all that.
Some of the fields required to be filled out in the SLR partners program seem to be US only. As a Canadian I am just curious what exactly I would need to put in these fields.
Identification Number * - Is this my business number?
Tax ID / SSN / VAT * - Is this my social insurance number?
18 U.S.C. ยง 2257 record keeping agent* - Is this just my info if I am my own record keeper?
Additionally, would I need to apply to register for a GST/HST program account?
