Hi there. I have used the latest update with a quest 3 and using the Handy, and I still find after using the app for a period of time, scrips stop loading to the Handy, and I no longer see the heat maps. This happens with Handy connected to WIFI, or Bluetooth. Never used to have this issue until the last couple of DEOVR app updates. Re-starting the app and quest doesn't seem to resolve this either. Any suggestions, and have any other users experienced this?? Thanks for your help.

    Mdambach10 Can you choose a different script, switch between different available scripts on the video to see if there is a particular script not working? Do you see any scripts at all in "haptics" tab when this happens or is it just "request script" button?

      Hi there. It happens with any scripted video. After a period of time, the DEO app stops sending scripts to my Handy, and I no longer see any heatmaps. It happens after about 45 mins or so. The video will still play but no "sending script to Handy" happens. Hope this helps.

        Mdambach10 thank you, could you please check if you see script dropdown option on the right player panel when this happens? Can you see name of script creator or it disappears as well?

            Kieshi The script dropdown option also disappears. The Handy still shows as connected ok, but then stops sending any scripts to it. I've had this happening in the latest DEO version, and the past couple of releases too. Fine for about 45 mins/1 hour, then stops working.

              Whenever I click on a video my Quest 2 freezes for a few seconds before I can use it again. Any solutions for this? Also, can I change the homepage it goes to when starting the app? Thanks!

                Hi Denarius we would suggest reinstalling the app first and seeing if the problem persists. Also, restarting the headset may also help. As for the homepage, yes, you can change it the settings -> player -> default page

                  Problem with the handtracking here... I LOVE hand tracking with deovr and SLR. But since 13.20, impossible to use it, only Primary Hand is ok. If I use fingers of the Secondary Hand, it becomes immediately the Primary Hand ! So the Secondary Hand is useless.

                  Kieshi It is just for the Quest 3/DeoVR setup I'm using; that's all. @TataYoyo summarized it perfectly. I tried to give as much details as possible for the dev team to have a better understanding. Thanks again.

                    I'm using Quest 2 but funscrip won't load.
                    Are there any bugs currently occurring?

                    Hello, today I noticed I can't load any funscripts from my folder. The haptics icon is also no longer there. Any fix I could try?

                    After the app ran perfectly for a while without crashing, a new problem arose again. Why is the controller unresponsive in Quest 2? The key assignments are no longer correct either

                    Mdambach10 You mentioned restarting DEO and Quest but have to tried restarting the handy?
                    I have had the Handy disconnect a couple of times the last week. It will say that it is still connected but if you look at the light on the handy it is green. Just push the connect button again and it should work. I don't know what is causing it.

                        Denarius For me the second video that I try to play freezes deo for 20 second before I can do anything.
                        Not the first video but the second one. I figured that this is happening to everybody and that SLR know about this because it happens on my quest 2, quest3, pimax.

                          rerun119 Thank you for this suggestion. I'm sure I have tried this, but will check again when the problem occurs again, and feedback if this resolves it.

                            Denarius hi, could you give me more info on this please? Does it happen with every video or just specific ones? Does this problem go away with time or it keeps happening throughout using the app?

                            You can change default page in global setings- Open home page by default - set your desired page there

                                Hi guys, we have released a quick fix for the left controllers not being recognised correctly and for local scripts not playing.

                                Please download version with the fix and let us know if everything is working correctly 🙂
