@VelvetEcho Hey, sorry, I know you closed the thread, but Id just like to add that the file on my end appears to download correctly as well and will play when played, but if you get towards the end of the video it will cut out and go to black. I have tried DLing on multiple browsers n multiple computers with the file stopping in the same place. If the file is fully functional for you I will accept that the issue is definitely on my end but please check what I have pointed out here first please. Thank you also for your quick response and looking into this issue for me 🙂

Can you also please let me know the DeoVR version installed as well as the headset you're using to watch the content?

I downloaded it through the website and played it on 13.19.1687. The issue is also present in heresphere and VLC on my PC. Watching on a quest 3

Hey @rustynailinabucket9, the team checked the video in question and the streaming as well as download worked as expected on their end.

Video was also played on the VLC player on Mac as expected.

I further tested this on my side with the Quest 2 device and video played until the end without any issues.
