FirmBark I'm finding the pass through in solo videos can be genuinely incredible, in terms of immersion it works brilliantly. Not all scenes work, it depends on how they were filmed but the ones that do work, really do work. The non pov is less effective for me, I think the way they are filmed doesn't lend it's self to pass through so well. I watch non pov movies in standard (non pass through) mode. I'm genuinely converted to solo and lesbian pass through though, I only wish there was more releases.
