Ironically, my downloads using the url found in the html are now 20x faster.

I still feel bad for all the folks left in the dark and I imagine vrb will eventually find a way to remove the links altogether.

I couldn't resist reinstalling the app and checking it out since it's been the topic of discussion over the last few days. I'm honestly impressed. It's been years since I last used it, and back then, it wasn't very good, was very bad 👎. However, they've made significant improvements👍, and I have to applaud them for that. Any enhancement in VR porn apps benefits everyone since we can all learn from each other.

Honestly, I don't think they will take downloads away from the actual vrb website; it’s probably just a PR stunt. As you can see, we're both here discussing the "PLAYA VR" app.

I was streaming, and it was a breeze, I must of went threw like 10 trailers in like minutes, I couldn't do that before, it always had loading issues.

But downloading, idk I'll check. 🤷‍♂️

Why do they even let people watch that many trailers? This is where they could have started. Because what have they achieved with their stupid decisions? They tried to stop piracy by hiding the key under the doormat, pirates are still laughing. Nothing has changed for the customers of pirates, so none of them will even need to start thinking about subscribing. They pissed off every single paying customer and damaged their reputation (again/even more).

Someone on Reddit was wondering if they are driving away customers on purpose, to free their servers for other things or so, but that's a bit beyond my imagination.

They have now deleted pretty much all the threads where people were complaining about the download changes, basically censoring their forum. You are also no longer able to create new threads. I would be shocked if I hadnt kinda expected it. Only a matter of time until they remove the forum entierly

The thing I hate most about using forums and moderated chats is getting posts deleted for no reason. So, please tell me what warranted the deletion of my recent post in this thread so I can say I'm sorry and won't make the same mistake again. If there isn't an obvious reason, I'd call that dictatorship and won't want to post on this forum anymore. In that case, please delete all my previous participations as well.

As far as I've seen SLR still hasn't posted a Code of Conduct for the forums so any deletions or bans would be arbitrary because there are no rules to violate.
