Hi, about maybe 2 weeks ago I started using my Quest 3 again. Unfortunately, I don't remember the last time I used Deo VR, but I know it used to work at some point in the last year.
Every video I try to watch is stuck in some kind of automatic passthrough mode, and I don't see a setting anywhere in the DeoVR settings to disable this. At first I thought my headset had a rendering issue and I contacted Meta support thinking that my headset was broken. But after investigating it more, I see that even though the full video does not play, the girls in the videos appear when I am facing the correct direction. In case this is not intentional, I will describe the issue more:
I run Deo VR and go to SLR url. I am logged in. I click on a video from my favorites. The UI disappears and my headset appears to be 100% in passthrough mode, but I can hear the audio from the clip, and I can bring up controls and pause it. I can also press B to exit back to the main UI. In some videos I never see anything, but in other ones, the girl or girls are floating in front of me as if this is some kind of experimental passthrough feature.
To clarify, none of these videos are green screen or anything, they are videos that worked for me in the past. This issue doesn't occur on videos that I watch from the main DeoVR url site. I can also connect to my PC via Meta Link and use the PC app fine.
To troubleshoot this issue, I even factory reset my device and reinstalled DeoVR, but ai still have it.
