Hi, for some reason on my quest 2 after watching some videos I can no longer load any new videos. It just says error: streaming limit reached, Try again on 06/06 at 8:00 PM. Is there a streaming limit? I think it's a bug because I can still watch videos on other devices, but this is pretty annoying. I can also still watch videos that I started earlier (I assume some of it is stored in memory or something?) I just can't watch new ones. I have the latest Deo version

It is not DEOVR bug. I tried streaming outside DEOVR and the videos do not start

You should check if you are all logged in in DeoVR. I have been logged out today. What you are seeing may be the limit for watching free trailers.

It's not that, i can play my purchases and they work perfectly, but also i can play some scenes that aren't purchased that i played fairly recently, but most scenes just have the error. I also used the Quest 2 brower to login to SLR and the windows for scenes load but missing the text info and showing as 0.00 mins length. But if i go to my computer and play scenes on Google Chrome, they all work perfectly for me. Somethings gone wrong server side, probably a quick fix if support see these posts. I'm also on Quest 2

We are logged. I logged in, then I tried to log out and log in. Same issue every time. The policy is "Unlimited streaming and 30 download in 144 hours"... you can check it now.

Might have been cause it hit 12 midnight here in uk and a new day may have reset it ?

doublevr I’m having this issue “streaming limit reached” on DEOVR, and when I try to stream from my phone, only the trailers play. I am signed in on DEO and phone, thank you!

Hi, yes. Meta quest 3 on DEOVR was giving me the message and none of the videos would play. And on my phone it was just letting me view trailers. It went away now that it’s been 24 hours, just didn’t know if it would be a recurring issue if I stream again. Happy new year!

Faced this issue yesterday (ET). I was watching around 6.45 pm, and it asked me to wait till 7 pm.
I was able to play some videos, but not all. A bit annoying. Has this bug not been fixed?

For me DEO just starts to lag so bad after a little while that I give up. Maybe I reach a time limit and it slows it down or something. I believe that the website said unlimited streaming and nothing about limits per day.
I am using DEO from steam so maybe a steam thing. When it starts you can't play a video even if you restart the app. I then go to saved videos and use HereSphere. Every time I immediately notice how much nicer the videos look and run with it.
