I purchased premium five days ago, and it never activated on my account. Everything points to my account being a free account and not subscription - it says to join premium everywhere, all premium videos are minute long previews, etc. I emailed support and was told I'm wrong, and it is active. I've tried logging out, logging in, clearing cache, tried on my Quest, my computer, another computer. Now support won't respond nor did they comment on my request for an extension of my premium due to losing days.
