After watching for like 10 vids with scripts, suddenly all videos with script is not working. When playing the video there no script icon to enable it. Only the last 10 vids that i watched.

khalykm16 The same thing happened to me. Was working fine for a few videos, then the script button/icon on the player disappeared for practically all videos. Reinstalling or restarting my Quest 3 didn’t help.
I had the same problem too, using the latest version.
Could you guys please let me know which devices you are using? Which headset and which toy.
Does the toy show as connected all the time? It would really help if you could walk me through the process of how this happens for you: do you just watch 10 videos with script enabled or do you maybe change script mid-video?

I already made s ticket yesterday. It was quest 2, haptics connect app, and keon. It was always green and connected.
I started playing few vids with script no problem and then when i started a new one (with script) the script icon on the player was gone and theres no way for me to enable or disabled it. The only videos that are working with scripts are the few videos that i watched that day and the rest were missing, even the videos that i already watched prior that.
P.S.
it still works on the phone through haptic connect app.

Same issue Quest 3, after about 5-7 videos the script icon would not come up. Local videos worked with scripts. Oddly ones that I had watched the scrips on DEOVR still worked. Restart of DeoVR and handy didnt fix the issue.

Same here, but it doesn't even work with Haptic Connect. Using the Keon too.

I had this same issue yesterday. I'm on Windows/DeoVR/Vive SteamVR. I watched a bunch of videos with script (maybe 30?) then all of a sudden all other videos stopped working. The ones I'd already watched still worked though. Essentially videos had the script icon in the thumbnail, but did not have the heatmap or script icon in the player once I clicked into it and played.
I tried a couple of of things, but none of them worked.
- uninstalling/reinstalling DeoVR
- clearing cache on exit and re-signing in
I tried signing in to SLR in Chrome then clicking the "play in DeoVR" button in the player, which then launched the video in DeoVR and scripts worked in this case, for the very same video that didn't work playing directly from the DeoVR interface. After doing this, playing the same video by opening from the DeoVR interface didn't show the script icon.
It looked to me like the links being served via the DeoVR format somehow had scripts disabled but the links for the same videos deeplinked from the web were fine.

I ran into this problem today as well (Quest 3) and created a ticket. The behavior is exactly like described by the OP. Basically, after one sudden moment in time, DeoVR lost the ability to recognize whether any video being streamed for the first time had scripts (either handwritten or AI) associated with them. It still is able to recognize and serve up scripts (handwritten and AI) for videos that I had already watched in the recent past prior to that magic moment.
Similar to everyone else, I tried clearing the app cache from inside DeoVR itself as well as from the headset's storage settings. I also reinstalled the app from scratch. Neither changed anything. DeoVR's ability to identify whether newly watched videos have scripts is still inexplicably stuck at the same point in time after all that.

The same happens time since 3 days ago.
I play DEOVR from Quest3S, and The Handy.
I tried to run the scripts from Quest's Browser, and they play fine, and from SLR website (Via Pc), the same.But when playing them from the headset, suddenly the stop working.
I'll submit a ticket, but clearly something happens with the headset APP
Hello Keishi! I'll try to elaborate it as much as I can.
I'm using Quest 3S with DeoVR and The Handy (All via WiFi)
I was watching some videos (I don't remember how many, so I was playing with Interactive ones too). Then, at some point lots of videos with both, Script and Passthrought icons, stopped working (The script. The PT and the video ran all perfectly) When I clicked on the haptics icon on the side window, it said "Handy Connected" and in the upper part where the script must appear, it always said "No scripts for this video yet" . That with the normal videos.
With interactive ones, it just didn't load any script.
First time it happened I thought maybe it had no scripts.
Next time, I dowgraded my handy firmware to version 3.2.3 (I had it upgraded to the last beta version), and everything worked fine, until again at some point scripts stopped working.
Then, I loaded SLR site on the build up browser of the Quest 3, and there ALL scripts worked fine (but I can't play Interactive ones from that browser)
One of the videos i remember "stopped working" was Saint to Sinner. It didn't work on Quest with DeoVR, but it worked from the Quest browser (and even from the Web, via Pc)
I hope that's enough info. Next time it happens, I can take some screenshots with Quest, If that can be of any help

Probably because I couldn't play Interactive videos before Quest 3.
