DeoVR in quest app store only downloading version 13.12?

I've realized my DeoVR has become quite out of date on my Meta Quest 2, stuck on version 13.12 (latest is 13.18!). The app isn't updating, and even when I delete it and reinstall it from the app store it comes back as version 13.12.
Is 13.13 and newer not supported on Meta Quest 2, or is something weird going on? Thanks.

Dean88 13.18 is supported on Q2. Just guessing, but is it possible that you are still stuck on an old version of the Quest OS? Should be v64 by now.

Hey Dean88, the latest version of the DeoVR (13.18) is supported on the Q2 device.

I would suggest checking what @SchnuppiLilac suggested, and if that doesn't do the trick, can you please open a ticket following this link so we can investigate further?

SchnuppiLilac Yep, this was the cause! Thanks for the support!
Turns out, the headset OS won't auto-update if you keep it perpetually under 50% charge like I was, and that also prevented DeoVR from updating. All solved now!

Curious if they want to have this "App Update" notification with “Make sure you run the latest Meta Horizon OS and headset battery is over 50%”

doublevr can we get a solid update as to the status of the deovr app for Vision Pro? Like any visuals or specific dates? Vision Pro experience hasn’t been great with streaming content thus far, thank you!!
