Trying to change email address, but email confirmation never comes

So a few days ago I noticed my gmail account disappeared... even my youtube account. I have no idea why. So after creating a new gmail account, I come here to update my account here. But after entering the new email address, and my password, I then click 'save changes'. That's followed by a popup telling me to check my email to confirm... but it never comes. Not in any folder. I've tried numerous times, on numerous days, even using both Chrome and Edge. I then sent a message through the Contact Us page... but never received a reply. What do I need to do to update my email address?

ogopogo If you submitted the "Contact Us" form someone will be reaching out to you (sometimes it can take a bit depending on ticket volume/etc.).

But even then imagine @VelvetEcho or @[deleted] will probably see this as well and can assist 🙂

Hey ogopogo , just like justsomedude101 suggested, a support request to assist with this would be the best option as we need to check your account which we can't perform from the forum.

VelvetEcho OK, maybe I'm a little slow here, but I mentioned in my initial comment that I had tried the 'contact us' page to begin with... I thought that was the support ticket. Could you please link me the support ticket page then, because I cannot find it.

Edit: searched through the site again, found the exact same link to the 'contact us' page.

ogopogo If you didn't already, be sure to include an alternate email address for yourself in the ticket. Otherwise there will be no way to contact you, since as you mentioned - the responses will go to your MIA gmail.
