I think the root of the problem is that nearly every VR scene is done from a POV perspective where "you" are the guy having sex and there is only so much you can do with that. Only some sexual positions are interesting to look at when you are doing them - doggy for example is fun to do but visually it's just looking at your partner's back. I never watched POV scenes in "flat porn", as they seemed so limited and boring. Obviously VR is a big improvement with the "you are therre" factor but it's still very limiting. As someone with a lesbian fetish, I'm stuck mostly watching threesome videos and hoping the director bothered to have the girls kiss and play with each other a bit before going straight to the obligatory double blow job. Almost no one bothers making voyeur lesbian scenes. I'm hoping that the introduction of 6dof wil change that and we will start to get lesbian scenes where you can move around and watch the girls. We'll see.

        It went from great to good - from good to downhill - from downhill to almost non existent. We havent had a passthrough scene in how long? Only one scene this week, and like 3 scenes total in the last 4 weeks? The scenes themselves are either really basic or so insanely overthetop (not in a good way) that its just a total annoyance at this point. Also zero communication anymore. We used to get pretty solid feekback to our feedback and some insight into whats going on and now its just radio silence. Also like others have stated theres no suggested stars getting casted and theres just no way to stay excited with all of these things combined. I subbed for a year and this is the first time I have really questioned that decision.

        In the last 3 weeks here we have got 3 SLR releases
        In the last week on CZVR we got 4 releases 2 are extended 4 sum and 1 was a passthrough with a AAA pornstar.
        I dont like to tote another sites horn and really want to see whats best for SLR and the VR community in general but you cant have that much of a discrepecy and expect paying customers not to voice their displeasures

          As said earlier I would like to see more updates weekly. That said the new Lexi Luna scene was spectacular - greatly filmed, acting was well do snd do was directing. That's the kind of content I love to see more of regularly.

          kevint1972 pov is so limiting. im also into lesbian and solo vids, i dont watch pov at all, I cant convince myself im there, i cant feel anything, i dont resemble the male in the scene, if i want pov sex ill have it in real life. I can get into non pov, it allows more creativity and is more interesting.               KingpinVR If you haven't checked out the Backstage Pass thread, there have been some more details shared over there as far as steps being taken to increase quantity & quality of SLRO's. Several other threads as well, but that one comes to mind first.

              tl;dr - our new AR/PT studio in the EU is up & running, with release frequency expected to increase in May. We've also had pilot shoots with several producers over the last week or two (in the EU and in Florida) since we're actively looking for more quality creators both here in the US and in the EU.

              chanser Historically non-POV scenes tend to not perform nearly as well across the board. Strictly-lesbian and solo content as well often struggle to perform (with some exceptions like VRSolos), which is why many bgg+ scenes will feature a segment of lesbian content and many bg scenes will feature a solo segment. It often makes more sense to feature those segments within a longer scene vs filming & releasing something separately.

                        Between my comment above, the thread I linked for you, and the thread you're posting this in, the status and plans for SLR Originals are pretty heavily discussed and communicated, but again the gist would be:

                        And from looking at our internal release schedule we should be back to 2 SLRO releases per week in May (and hopefully an even higher frequency in the not-too-distant future).

                                Just my two cents, but if you do implement an "official thread" you should probably disable/hide non-staff comments--they just clutter up every thread and make it difficult to get to the actual news as provided by staff.

                                  Kolaches I think we might like slightly different scene types but I would still like your ideas better than the same thing ever time. And I think you are just quickly writing different ideas that could be done.

                                  My point is that if we only get one regular scene a week then SLR should have all the time and money to make something BIG and different. I think that is your point too.

                                  One quick idea im making up in 2 seconds,
                                  Take the camera to the park for the start of the scene. Have what looks like a real interaction of meeting a girl for the first time (not what is always done with 2 sentences at the place she is going to start blowing you). Move the camera to have dinner at your place where she starts touching your arms at the table. This comes down to wanting to to make a great scene and not checking boxes and going home. I get that some companies don't have the time and money but SLR claims they are better than all the rest. Double said that is why the started SLR originals in the first place.
