...yeah, i've noticed that as well, peeps seem rather clued-up about the idea of VR porn, gets a laugh in a comedy club for example, but the whole interactive aspect is still somewhat left-field for mainstream. There's still quite a tech hurdle, even with the simplest device, the Handy, you still need to set up some kinda hands-free arrangement for best use, and the more esoteric machines require an advanced knowledge of GitHub, and an engineering degree.
Vanishingly small numbers of peeps using it, Handy is the most popular machine, yet has 'only' sold about 100k units, and they don't last forever (im on my third), so maybe 60k to 70k users? And they are by FAR the most popular machine, so maybe 100k peeps using interactive strokers in total? Obviously, i just plucked that figure out my ass, but even if you double it, it's still a miniscule number compared to the set of people that don't use strokers.
It'll get there, though. It's such an incredible game changer. The use of interactives by LITERALLY EVERY CAM GIRL is broadening the perceptions of many people, once that becomes a two-way street, with both them and the model having access to interactives at the same time, then i guarantee the market will explode. i don't think VR / interactive sex will drive it, but i think it's where the market will eventually end up, cos it's so mindblowingly immersive.
