I've connected my Keon to the Haptics Connect app. Manual mode works in the app. As a first test, I'm trying to connect the scripts using my phone without VR. I've purchased a lifetime scripts membership.

Loading up SLR in the HC app browser, launching a video I get 'Failed to load script'.
I've also tried the other way in Chrome > Profile > Connect SLR to HC APP. If I do this, I get 'Player is not found in the connected network'.

How do I get this working? The support team helped me manually add lifetime scripts access to my account due to a payment issue. Could it be something that is still missing due to the manual access? Downloading scripts does work.

Hey, which headset are you using? If you're using any Quest device, you can connect the toy directly to the DeoVR app, completely avoiding the need for the HapticsConnect app.

[deleted] The problem is that the Quest app crashes after about 20 minutes now when connected via BT. Myself and another few folks have shared this in the other threads (the app release threads) with details. So going back tot he old way is a bit of a workaround.

Also manual modes don't actually work when connected VIA BT, it's just on/off none of the sliders have any effect.

Hey Stalinator , appreciate this! We already passed the information to the developer team who will work on reproducing this and resolving it!

[deleted] Great, I added a bit more if it helps you guys at all. I tried this on my old Quest 2 yesterday and got the same results, crashing after 20 minutes and manual sliders within the player not being respected.

If there is anything else I could do or try on my end to help you all narrow this down within reason let me know.

[deleted] hi, the kiiro keon doesnt go smooth when you connect it directly from meta quest 2 to kiiro neon. It also cant handle the speed of the scripts. I used to connect it via haptics connect. And then it went smooth. Now the connection dot is green but it doesnt work with haptics connect. Only with bluetooth ditectly from the quest to the toy. Was there an update or something?

Hey @Stalinator & Cn7, there was an update to the Haptics Connect app 3 days. Could you please update the app if you haven't yet and see if the issue is resolved?

No its still not working. I resetted the meta quest 2 and uninstall and install the haptics connect app. The light on the SLR app is green on the leftside (haptics connect), but it does nothing. Only if i link the quest directly to the kiiro keon toy. But then it doesnt go smooth.. and then the haptics connect will not see the toy. Only if i disable the bluetooth device in the settings of SLR on the meta quest.

Cn7 Thank you for getting back to me!

Could you please perform the following for the DeoVR app:

              • remove the DeoVR app from your headset
              • clear app cache and data from the headset
              • restart the headset
              • download and install the DeoVR app
              • if the app opens, type www.sexlikereal.com in the address bar of the app
              • try to log in with your SLR credentials

As well as the app (just in case, even though you mentioned you already did the same for the app), and then follow the guide to connect the toy (Option 2 - old method (with the HC app)): https://forum.sexlikereal.com/d/805-interactive-haptics-sex-toy-scripts-help-guide-kiiroovorzehandylovenseosr

I tried connecting the toy on my end (Quest Pro + Kiiroo) and it works without issues.

              Thanks!

Hi, i did a factory reset on my quest 2 and did the other things you said. But have the same problems. It does connect but it does nothing. Light is green in the left at SLR. Still isnt going smooth when i directly connect the quest to the toy (without HC app). If i connect HC ap directly to the toy (without the vr headset) it works good and smooth in the browser at the HC app. It doesnt miss a stroke. But with quest directly to the toy it misses strokes sometimes.. so i need it to get working with the HC app

Hey Cn7, thank you for checking, I appreciate it!

May I please ask you to create a support ticket following this link so that we can check your account further?

                  Thanks!

[deleted] Wow sorry I totally missed your reply!

I was trying to get the Lovense Hush working with HC, which I believe can't connect directly to the DeoVR app. Let me give this another shot soon and come back!
