  • BYOJ and Odd message: Parsing as srt returned no srt part

I love BYOJ - Build Your Own Journey and have been experimenting and creating lot of "movies" with that feature. Wort of every penny I think. Now and then I have noticed irritating message: "Parsing as srt returned no srt part". If my movie consist of 5 parts and message appears beginning of first part, it appears beginning of every part after that one. Only way to get rid of it is not to use that specific video 🙁

Is that a bug in BYOJ, or something wrong in the video? How to fix it properly without ditching few good videos? If you are Premium member, here is example: https://www.sexlikereal.com/interactive/rissa-may-passthrough-sitting-9034

To improve Interactive video user experience you should also consider sorting videos alphabetically. If I view My Interactive throug computer, everything is sorted oldest videos first. If I use Quest 3 it is sorted newest first. If you have for example 40 videos it is confusing to find the right one... Should be easy fix to add simple button.

        VelvetEcho After 3 months and the same problem still occurs. I have watched a lot of StacyQ videos lately and encountered several times the same "Parsing as srt returned no srt part" message. Anything new information about that? Did dev team ever look this? Am I the only one suffering this minor issue?

              Picouser I checked with the team and they said they have this in the log to fix, however, they cannot share any ETA on when this will be done, unfortunately.

                  3 months later

                  There are at least 7 StacyQ videos and one SLR video suffering from "parsing as str returned no srt part" -message. No new videos involved since last video published about 1 year ago. Problem is I can't use these videos in my Build Your Own Journey 🙁

                  Is this really so hard to fix or has this just so low priority in the list?
