bruce Hi Bruce, unfortunately the updates to PT masks that have already been done and worked perfectly are now being broken and not working at all, also when trying to open these scenes is causing issues with the headset (Quest 2) performance and i have had 2 hard crashes within an hour.

I would put it on hold if i were you as it is breaking what worked perfectly !

Even though it isn't on SLR or DeoVR (anymore after the migration to JillVR) could some one request that Kaho Shibuya's videos from her work with VenusReality be processed for Passthrough AI? (The video is here: https://jillvr.com/x1mc3q), unlikely but, could someone request Venus Reality put up all 8 Kaho Shibuya videos for sale on JillVR since they seem "special" as though they "can't" put them up on SLR's site for some reason.) My main point is being able to purchase them on a DeoVR, SLR, or JillVR or whatever and be able to use that new Passthrough AI, obviously with the videos! Please and Thanks!

        We are ready to proceed with mass generation. Need 30 more minutes to finish some tests.
        During the weekend we'll process a bunch of videos (6k videos approx). After it we'll proceed with next bunches. And finally we'll update older PT versions to the latest one (v 1.0.0)

          For reference, I've been unable to view ANY of the "Passthrough AI" videos' Passthrough (In the VR UI, it doesn't show as a button, and is missing)
          ChromaKey videos work fine, generally Alphapack videos work as well, only Passthrough AI videos don't show a button to toggle--despite the same videos still having "older" Chromakey settings available to toggle ON/Off.
          This has been at least an issue since before May, not sure when exactly, even SLR Support Staff isn't sure what's causing it.

          So... has this been fixed, as it exclusively affects "Passthrough AI" videos??

              So you can see AI PT icon for some video but you can't "turn AI PT on" for it. Did I get it right?
              If yes then its already fixed.
              Anyways PT version doesn't relevant to UI, player or web. Its more about how ML model "works" with the video and how accurate PT mask.

(For me) ...again all other Passthrough types work as expected there is indeed something wrong still with "Passthrough AI" not being present to enable via UI, Internal blacklists, metadata ID, or just not checked for headsets that aren't the Quest 3 (As I have no Quest line headset, only Pimax and the OG Rift CV1, and I guess through iVRy PSVR 1 & Google Cardboard compatible devices [via iVRy PC])

                      Kehowal837 they are doing the entire site. They are up to 5000+ videos currently. Should have the whole library complete in a few days.

                        FirmBark Also, I have already reported this issue back near early May, and once both tickets said they'd get back to me when fixed, so sorry it still hasn't fixed that 'accessability' issue.

                            FirmBark you should fill out a support ticket with your specific VR setup. The video your recently referenced "pajama party with lena" works on my Quest 3, I just confirmed it.

                              FirmBark maybe you should bite the bullet and purchase a Quest 3. Everything out there is being developed around it, so it just works. You may be able to find a used one at discount.
