metichemsi VRBANGERS is supposed to be dropping a PT scene in a couple of weeks. I'm excited to see how it turns out since they use one of those expensive FMDUO camera systems and it will likely also be equirectangular and not fisheye with alpha. Only a positive for me because I will more easily be able to add my own custom background to it without having to deal with reversing the alpha channel crap thats baked in. Would be nice if SLR PT videos also offered alternate download file with greenscreen only to speed up the custom background workflow.

metichemsi SchnuppiLilac Seriously! Its just another SLR PT scene, how disappointing. It's like they simply commissioned SLR to sell them scenes to sell as their own???? Did they at least use the FMDUO camera? Not that I dont like the SLR scenes, far from it, I was just excited to see what the hell they would come up with, for better or worse, I genuinely was looking forward to another new set of eyes doing PT. Oh well, looks like I have no reason to resub to VRBangers then haha
metichemsi Vrsumo2017 I'm a little disappointed, they are just SLR scenes. Your set and everything. I wanted to see what another studio with a fresh pair of eyes would put out as their PT scene, not just a rebranded scene shot by the studio that has been shooting these for years now. Did you guys at least shoot the scenes with their FMDUO camera? Did they shoot it themselves and "rented" your green room? What is going on? Are you in bed with them? no pun indented haha
SchnuppiLilac metichemsi To me, the scenes look like they were probably filmed by the same crew and at the same location as the SLR PT scenes, but the post-production cannot compete with SLR's. No clean edges, distortions and scale issues (in laying CG the dick was further away from me than my feet). I think the videos are fisheye. No idea which camera.

They probably didnt use the FMDUO camera VRbangers owns then by the sound of it, which is a shame, I really wanted to see a PT scene shot with that camera, it really is sharp
SchnuppiLilac metichemsi SLR terminated the collaboration with Simsense, the guy/team shooting the SLR PT scenes so far. I guess Simsense now films PT for VRB.
metichemsi SchnuppiLilac so VRB scenes were probably shot by the Simsense team while they were still working with SLR? I dont know seems strange but no matter. I'm looking forward to the SLR PT 2.0 standards moving forward. I still want to see a PT scene shot with that damn DUOFM camera haha
