  • Bluetooth Device Error with Gush on WebXR

Hi I'm attempting to use WebXR to connect to my Lovense Gush. I followed the most recent instructions in which I click the "connect" button in the browser, select my Gush, and click pair. No apparent issues there. As soon as I go to settings on the video and choose a script, I get "bluetooth device error" with a red dot.

Tried this both on my desktop and phone, and got same result.

Using chrome browser. Please help!

Hey gbner22, could you please provide me with the following information:

    • which version of the Haptics Connect app you have installed?
    • which phone are you using?

Additionally, do you have an active Bundle or Script subscription? You will need either of them for this to work.

Issue happens both on desktop and on phone, so I doubt it's a phone issue. Also works fine on haptics connect. The issue is trying to use the "connect" button while running in browser to connect directly to the Gush (you call this "option 5") Pairing works just fine, but then when I select script, I get "bluetooth device error".

      Phone = Pixel 6a
      Haptics connect ver = 2.06 (build-39)
      Yes, I have script subscription.

Here's a link to the thread re: "option 5" https://forum.sexlikereal.com/d/805-interactive-haptics-sex-toy-scripts-help-guide-kiiroovorzehandylovenseosr

If there's a live chat or phone option for us to resolve this, would be great.

gbner22 Thank you for that additional detailed info!

We're looking into the issue and hopefully we can figure how to resolve this

Can I ask if this 'bluetooth device error' happens during playback on any script? Can you try multiple different Sex Toy videos/scripts to see if this happens anytime any script is selected?

gbner22 I'm happy to report back that we were able to replicate the issue you were describing so a fix should be incoming as soon as possible - thanks for your patience!

gbner22 The team has still been looking into a fix but no result yet so a timeline is not possible to provide at this time, sorry about that

Hello, is there an update? I am watching videos only via Android smartphone. Haptics connect browser doesn't have gyro sensor support afaik and via XR player in chrome I receive the same bluetooth error. Is this really being worked on? I just paid for script subscription to use with my gush and it's useless for me right now. Thanks.

Is there any update to this? it makes scripts subscription useless to me

Pinks85 Sorry about the lack of update - unfortunately our haptics dev team is still unable to find a solution and there is no timeframe in sight if this issue will be able to be fixed as we are prioritizing focus on more popular higher fidelity devices.

I would highly recommend picking up the Handy, Kiiroo Keon, or Auoblow AI Ultra, which connect much more seamlessly to our site and app, and offer a significantly higher immersive experience!
