Hi guys
I made a ticket for a refund because my headset (HP Reverb G2 v2) do not work (I had not retested before re-subscribing because I had already been sub several times in the past & the headset was working, I'm not using it very often)
I made the request shortly after subscribing and it's been over 10 days without any response from the support.
Can we make a refund or did I paid for nothing? :/
