Ive watched many pt vids, ai and alpha

From what ive seen the best camera placement for laying flat cg rcg, is back just enough to where you see guys upper shoulders in frame and aim the cam straight not angled up and have it low to the guys face.

I know the angle up wards is for upclose face to face and kissing so heads won't get cropped out but in pt an angled up cam causes scale issues the further heads get away from the cam,

The aimed straight approach and low helps parallel male models with the viewer in laying flat cg rcg...and is most realistic looking. You can get by with angles up wards but imo looks kinda off and not realistic. Also depends how low or high the cam is, it needs to be low, if it's to high then it harder to parallel models body to our.
The height position is important in pt, the cam is basically our eyeballs. I think you can have an angle, cuz in laying flat position im pretty sure we using like a pillow under are heads, so a slight angel wouldn't hurt but the cam needs to be low where our eye balls would be. /👀.

Ai pt can really show what scale size and camera angles work in vr. 👍

I firmly believe passthrough AR is the future of VR porn. What I would like to see is SLR really push the envelop on bridging fantasy to reality. With passthrough AR, you could do crazy stuff like have a succubus come through a portal in your room to seduce you and fuck your brains out. This is the type of creative stuff I want to see. Special effects in passthrough AR, making the impossible fantasies reality. I think there is a lot of good input on camera placement and lighting already provided. But I think there is room to innovate and do some crazy post production stuff that would bring the unreal to real.

For the AI PT: I feel like hiding the whole male, dick included, breaks immersion. Yeah, it looks like she's riding 'your' dick, but if you're beating your meat, using a toy, w/e - it just appears like you're fisting her lol.

Does anyone else agree? A PT that hides the male body but keeps the dick in place would be more immersive in MY opnion. Also the difference shapes and sizes of male models makes the 'ghost dick' just too variable. The PT vids that use a green suit or dildo with the dick still visible is the preferred method with this logic.

    Lol imagine if they featured male models names like the hotties and had there profile page with all their scenes they are featured in, their profile picture would be a pic of their dick.

    Vrsumo2017 Lol ! I'm curious how many users actually use the ghost dick option. At least when it's visible it blocks the user's hand so you can remain in passthrough and not see yourself jacking off lmao

        Yeah using full body is great for that, I can imagine torso users use full body pt.

        Any fleshlight/torso users in here have any feedback how that works in pt, full body best or it really don't matter?

            notontest I disagree. From my personal experience, I can't watch regular VR or alpha PT anymore.

            AI PT has completely changed the game for me. I like to use torso sex dolls (currently using Tantaly's Daisy Pro), and when I line the model's vagina/ass perfectly covering my doll's vagina/ass, it truly feels like I'm banging that porn star. AI PT, when scaled correctly AND male's member is correctly “passed through” (no excessive flickering), is the pinnacle of immersion, IMO.
            I do agree that not all scenes have male actors with members that scale correctly with mine, and that does break immersion for me, but DEOVR's app has plenty of tools that help mitigate this issue. By all means, not all scenes work perfectly, but scenes are starting to become more standardized, and it helps a lot with any possible scaling issues. Sometimes you just gotta take the L and look for another scene that scales better, it is what it is.
            If you have a torso doll, then I highly recommend you try it out with the AI PT feature. It's a game changer.

                    Vrsumo2017 Oh my god, yes! A torso for sex or use of a fleshlight for foreplay would be great. The green suits they wear is an improvement but I'm still seeing a floating dick. The purpose of PT is to put the girl in my room, but I never invited some other man to come in my room too lol. Floating dicks actually creep me out more than seeing a guy's full body in non-PT. I'd actually be perfectly fine with the girl just acting out the sex motions by herself, but a torso in cg where she's actually getting penetrated works well too. And if it's a green torso where we don't see it but she's still clearly getting penetrated might work even better.

                      Just found a better technique (visual quality and post-production wise) to replace green screen.
                      I feel like this would work wonders for PT and provide high-quality training material for AI PT.

                      The technique allows clothes of any color, has no spill over, and has unparalleled motion blur with no matte lines.
                      It works flawlessly with hair (which is a very common problem with green screen).

                        Vrsumo2017 must be crazy shit. Ultimately we are getting there giving you full control of environment. Or maybe AI stuff

                          fenderwq With regards to the need to match and adjust the color of the passthrough camera feed to match the video after it became too lit 🙂 We will try to add more control directly from the app itself for you to adjust the passthrough camera's saturation, brightness, and contrast in the future update. I think this should give you better control over the end results that you are looking for.
                          This way you can alter both the video quality as well as the camera feed quality to find the best match.

                                damson Oww really nice thanks, can you add hue to that? That's usually my biggest issue. Like the feed being too yellow, stuff like that.

                                  Vrsumo2017 By far Doggy and Missionary. Unfortunately, CG and RCG don't work so well, but I think it's just because of the poor lighting conditions that I have at home. Otherwise, I think it would be just as good.
